Check-In Information

Welcome to the Pergola Hotel & Spa!

We kindly request a few minutes of your time to please read through this information and guidelines:

•    Our Reception Front Desk is open 24-hours-a-day. By dialling 9 from your in-room set, you will connect to an operator for any queries you may have.

•    Outdoor access is permitted with no restrictions. Non-Resident visitors are only allowed by permission via our Duty Manager.

•    Check-out on departure is at 1100hrs. Please let us know if you wish to extend your check-out to a later time and when possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request. At the Front Desk, we can equally assist you in booking your transportation to the airport, or to any other destination.

•    Room Cleaning is scheduled daily between 0900hrs and 1700hrs. If you do not require any cleaning, you are welcome to append the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your doorknob. In the case you require any basic amenities during non-operational times, please contact our Front Desk.

•    Our Air-conditioning is set on the mode which best suits the season. In order for the A/C sensor to function properly, all windows and/or balcony doors must be properly shut. When the room reaches the set temperature as chosen on the panel, the system will be switched off automatically. If you wish to restart it, please increase/decrease the temperature.

We kindly request you to go through these Safety Regulations:

•    For your convenience, your room is equipped with a free electronic safety deposit box and/or free locker rental within our Spa. Anything of value to you such as money, gadgets, jewellery, along with other possessions should not be left unattended in the rooms or in any of our venues and common areas. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to any possessions.

•    CCTV is monitored 24-hours-a-day by our Security Team.

•    A public First Aid Box is found in all outlets, or at our Front Desk.

•    If you feel sick and require medical assistance, please dial 9 to contact a member of our team. If you believe that this is an emergency, dial the Emergency Free Phone 112 immediately.

•    In the case of a power failure, a back-up generator will kick-in after a few seconds.

•    If you are using an elevator and it gets stuck, please use the emergency button to contact a member of our team. 

•    If the fire alarm starts ringing and does not switch itself off after 15 seconds, please adhere to the emergency evacuation procedure which is found behind your main door. Proceed to the main exit by using the steps, not the lift, and proceed to the outdoor Assembly Point.

•    If you notice a fire or smoke, please use the Emergency Fire Panel to trigger the alarm. Please adhere to the emergency evacuation procedure which is found behind your main door or in the area you are currently situated at and proceed to the Assembly Point.

•    In the case of any other Emergency, please dial 9 (Front Desk) from your room phone set, or Free Phone 112 from any phone. 

We would highly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the Community Guidelines of Mellieħa:

•    Noise levels need to be brought to a low level after 2300hrs.

•    When applicable, hanging of clothes, towels, etc., is not allowed on the balcony rails of your room.

•    Decent attire must be worn in all Hotel common indoor areas.

•    Our Car-Park is available at a charge on first-come, first-served basis. Outdoor parking is free but may come with restricted timeframes. Please park your vehicle in the white boxes.
